For room to prepare fresh salads and sandwiches, the Kratos 69K-770 salad/sandwich prep table is an amazing value. At 48″ wide, this prep table allows enough room for two people to prep comfortably. A hinged food cover keeps ingredients fresh and cool. The Kratos 69K-770 comes with a reversible cutting board that’s removable for cleaning. This prep table has two hinged doors and two epoxy coated shelves. The shelves are adjustable, and they allow for easy access without disrupting airflow.
